User Agreement

I. Introduction

Welcome to Gov Fund Refund! Every new user relationship begins with a contract. This contract outlines what you can expect from us and what we expect from you. It’s essential to set clear ground rules in advance.

Please note that our services will not be available until there is a signed agreement in place.

In this agreement, the website and services provided by Gov Fund Refund are referred to as the “Service,” you are referred to as the “User,” and this contract is referred to as the “Agreement.”

II. Relationship Between Gov Fund Refund and User

Gov Fund Refund is an asset recovery firm that facilitates the process of retrieving surplus funds for users. However, we do not guarantee that users will be eligible for surplus funds, nor do we guarantee successful recovery of these funds.

III. Confidentiality

Gov Fund Refund makes every effort to maintain the confidentiality of any information submitted by users. However, we cannot control the conduct of others and cannot guarantee confidentiality. Gov Fund Refund is not responsible for the release or improper use of such information by other users or due to system errors.

IV. Indemnification

The User agrees that Gov Fund Refund is not responsible for any harm that this service may cause. The User agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold Gov Fund Refund harmless from any and all liability and costs incurred in connection with any loss, liability, claim, demand, damage, and expenses arising from the use of the Service. This includes attorney fees and costs.

V. Communications and Other Data

Gov Fund Refund is not responsible for any loss of data resulting from accidental or deliberate deletion, network or system outages, file corruption, or any other reasons.

VI. Other Rights of Gov Fund Refund

Gov Fund Refund reserves the right to:

Release current or past user information as per our Privacy Policy, if accounts are in violation of terms, used for unlawful acts, subpoenaed, or deemed necessary.
Deny service to offenders of these guidelines or the Agreement.
Terminate or deny service to anyone for any reason.

VII. Modifications to Terms of Service

Gov Fund Refund may change the Agreement at any time. Changes will be posted on the website. Continued use of the service indicates acceptance of the new terms and conditions.

VIII. Proprietary Rights of Gov Fund Refund

Gov Fund Refund owns certain aspects of the system, including the ‘look and feel’ and the collective work copyright. Users cannot reproduce any content without permission from Gov Fund Refund and all participants in the thread. Contact us before copying any content.

IX. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability

This agreement incorporates our Privacy Policy and constitutes the entire understanding between the User and Gov Fund Refund. The Agreement and the relationship between the User and Gov Fund Refund shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida.

If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid, the other provisions will remain in full force and effect. Any claim or cause of action must be filed within one year after it arose.
